What's for this new irc client? :-? There is at least one, AmiRC, that works just excellent! What are advantages of this new one?

Well... Why do you think recompilation for OS4 (or morphos) is worth doing it? IRC client is certainly not CPU-consuming application, so by recompiling under PPC there will be absolutely no gain in speed.

Somebody decides to do something productive (and free) for the tiny Amiga community and people thank the guy with negative feedback... What planet are you negative people from?

People asking about advantages of a new piece of software over existing similar ones are always 'negative'. People that are always saying 'it's good, whatever it really is' - are nice and kind in any case. Nothing to say more.  :-(
