Thanks for the input. I guess it isn't for amigas. I only thought it might have been because the only reference to it I could find (from google) was:

Looking for monitor Microvitec with DMS (12V94DHC3)or another monitor for computer Amiga

So the question is: what is it? I don't like having these spare monitors around. I have 2 15" monitors that I have no idea how to get rid of. I've been meaning to look into a company that can dispose of old crts. I don't want to toss this one out because it might be working. If I knew what it was or who could use it I could pass it on.

Weirdest thing, I can't post after I log in with my previous username. Anyway,

If I was up to speed on the electronics, I think I'd have fun trying to get this work with some other device (maybe my dreamcast or something). Unfortunately, I'm not. To me, a transformer is a car that turns into a robot. So, if anyone in the Toronto (Canada) area can make some use of this, contact me. The thing is built like a tank (and only slightly less heavy) so shipping is probably out of the question but if you're in the gta...
