I hate asking the obvious, but have you put your ISPs DNS server addresses into the Miami-Database-DNS servers list?
Look on your ISP's website, under technical help or something they usually list things like dialup numbers, etc.
Most have a primary and secondary DNS server addresses. Remove or disable any in Miami at the moment and put the new ones in.
Don't forget to save the Miami settings :-)
