I still do!
A4000T on a LAN with my *cough* *cough* pc that's needed to run my DSL modem. I use it for IRC, browsing (thank you Ibrowse!!), YAM email client and more interenet related tasks. I even hooked up a POS display (like those you've seen at supermarkets) to provide info such as the Mega Game Lottery jackpot, Homeland Security status, Caller ID numbers, MOTDs, and multiple countdown timers + text. My first fluorescent display in a black box tells me today's date & time, time online and # emails to download from my pop server.
A4000 on LAN for my programming
11 others I put to some use:
* A3000 for my music sequencer (OSS)
* A3000 for my own big millenium countdown timer with my custom LED display I built myself! (I also set other deadlines which I find it useful)
* A3000 at my brother's home to overlay captioning (title generator)
...and the rest may put some use like a classic gaming machine, use to operate my dream pinball machine I will build someday and more.
About the pinball machine: I'll try to purchase WMS' driver board that operates completely off parallel and test the timing with my stock 3000. Parallel timing can be as quick as under 10mS, am I right?
