IIRC, there was some talk here about Palm cradles that could be used for connecting for eg. A500 to Ethernet by serial port, is this it?
how do you modify them to work with Amiga?

obviously, but still better than nothing.. or than dialup
it could be used for email, clock sync, maybe some online games
maybe '060 could do 115200 if that cradle can handle it
