The MK III and the CSPPC share the same PCB design like the Blizzard 1240 and 1260. Anyway the process of fitting the components might involve cutting some line for the MKIII version and others for the CSPPC Version.
Even if it would be possible it sure would cost more then selling the MKIII and trying to get a CSPPC even with the hillarious prices they go for today.
