I too use an amiga because I want to.
I don't use an pc because I don't have to.
And that is fine by me because whenever I use a PC I have the distinct impression that I am not in control.
The OS is telling me what and what not to do and is keeping tabs on all my actions. Stunning to see a machine that is even more paranoid then I am!
Besides. The PC is soon to be an outdated concept. Even dumpass consumers are getting tired of it. And within a few years we have newsgroups asking why nobody isn't using old crappy PC hardware. And the answer would be simple. No more Microsoft support.
