Why not buy a 15 USD PSX-adaptor from
www.tototek.com or
www.liksang.com?Then you can plug your PSX pad directly in any Amiga!!! And use 2 buttons + analogue...
You just have to swap one wire in the MD/Genesis -> PSX adaptor that can be purchased from those two links, and off you go!!!
