No, the card you posted from eBay will not work as memory. You need an SRAM or PSRAM card. They pop up on ebay periodicly, so keep checking. Also, Software Hut (
www.softhut.com) gets them every once in a while.
I have a 4M card and together with the Elbox 1M Chip RAM upgrade makes the A600 quite usable.
