Did you try it out? Put it in your 060 accelerator and run WhichAmiga system info report program and see if it reports a working MMU (find it on Aminet). If it does, it probably means that vernalelm.com may be selling EC labeled full 060.
Just an idea, and not a fact by all means. Let us know what happens.
I think I have a spare RC full 060 chip, however not sure if it works or not, if anyone needs it. :-)
