On the risc of being a bit dissonant...
I no longer use my old amiga because:
-I sold it
-It's not getting any younger and harder to maintain
-It's becoming too costly to upgrade
-It's just easier to get things done on more modern computers (yes, even PC's)
That being said, I have never felt the same excitement towards a PC or a Mac. That is probably partly due to the fact that a computer is more common these days but I also believe the Amiga was a very special computer in it's day.
We will have to wait and see if it ever will be again.
