I would say, don't get the DCE boards if you have the choice between a Phase5 and DCE board. For instance Blizzard 1260 produced by DCE can not be disabled by holding down the '2' key as the Phase5 boards can. A great advantage if you don't want to upgrade your A1200 to the max, and needs to be able to go back to normal A1200 stage...

Another thing; if you are deciding for a Blizzard PPC board in order to be able to get a BVision graphics card installed, be aware that DCE sold some boards stating they were Blizzard PPC 68060@50 and 603e@210 for instance. The fact is that in most cases the 603e was running 210, but only because they overclocked a 603e CPU designed for 160 MHz. If you on the other hand can find a Blizzard PPC board produced by Phase5, you can find boards with 603e CPUs designed for 160, 200 and 240 MHz instead.

OK, I stand corrected. I guess it doesn't matter if you buy a DCE or a Phase5 model when talking about Blizzard 1260 boards, but I would still choose Phase5 if I had the choice.
