No, it takes it's time to boot the machine, install romupdates, reboot, configure the CDROM, finish it's boot sequence using the CDROM contents ;-)

R : mine is 512Mb (huge but I like to take my ease ;- ) ) for about 90 Mb used by OS3.9 + loads of other stuff (MUI, fonts, ect...)

R : 200 Mb would be safer :-)

# How does it handle virtual memory ?
R : no virtmem yet ;-)

# Licensing (theoretical) : Am I allowed to install from this retail CD, to ALL my Miggies ?
R: no, but that's normal single user licence :-)

# where are the white papers ...?
R : most of them in the OS3.9 NDK
