I did that on my A1200 and I don't have a graphics card.

It has nothing to do with either CybergraphX or the graphicscard itself. I was quite a while since I did this, but it has something to do with the customchips going faster or something when using screenmodes above 15kHz. It works on my A1200 with only native AGA when displaying the productivity screenmode on my multisync monitor.
