Its not just expensive, but right now its almost useless compared to similarly priced alternatives.
The operating system is a beta product, and until very recently, didnt even ship with the hardware.
The A1 isnt as complete as the classic amigas. I remember my A500+ boxed - it was a complete box; the software worked out of the box.
As much as I would love to support the community, I don't want to pay £800 to use IBrowse on PPC, with little support for games. One of my original reasons for getting my old amiga was its support for games, and this simply isnt present in the new Amiga1.
Not that any of the above matters, I simply dont have the money anyway.
