Then implement WinUAE's native interface in the UAE port of your OS.
Easy.

T&L can easily be done in software.
Otherwise a rasterizer would not make much sense, as T&L is necessary for every 3D app.

That's why I wrote "does not make much sense" instead of "does not make sense at all" ;-)
