Because it is easy and fun to use.

The Amiga is my hobby machine.  There are some games I like to play on the Amiga.

Mostly I use it for programming in ARexx, AmigaDOS scripts and AmigaVision.

I also like to use the "Write" program from the Amiga Appetizer package, FinalWriter97, and MicroFiche Filer.

However, I don't use it for browsing the internet much anymore, because I have a pc with an ADSL connection.

My Amiga uses a dialup connection over a 14.4Kbps modem.  It gets the job done, but seems very slow by comparison  .... yawn.

You could hook your Amiga on the ADSL too you know

Good point.  I've got room in my A2000HD.  I should get an ethernet card and give it a try.

Especially after I read how mbilla uses his A3000T as a router for his A1 G4XE, A3000, iMAC and his wife's PC, and can also do other stuff as well.

Thanks,
