UAE and HD from an A4000
« on: April 27, 2013, 12:05:18 AM »
Hi everyone, I have dug out an old A4000 with an IDE hard drive in it and would like to pull some data off it. It boots ok and I was wondering what emulation software would be best for installing it in a Windows PC so I can copy data off it. Would I need something like Amiga Forever? Thanks in advance for your help.

You can make an Image file of your drive with Winuae and then run the image in Winuae. Easier than having an old IDE drive hooked up all the time.

Thanks very much for your responses.
