@amipal

yes! they looks great! but requires a very fast machine (a Pegasos-MOS with WB or OS35-39 under emulation)

I don't know if a 060 should be enough.

Anyway, a great patch.

@buzz

yes with my 040 also (only opening the example drawer)

But with the patch installed, all the GFX system, slowdown. (try to scroll a window full of GlowIcons).

Definitely, a great patch for a very fast system.

@Kent

Elena uses ImageFX (see the header of each file), so if you load the PNG icon in it, you should be able to remove the arrow (i'll try me too).

@ carls

mhhh . . i'd prefer to ask to Elena before :-) she is a bit . . . .gelous of its works even if it is public from yesterday evening even on Aminet..

Can't you download the archive and install it? or you haven't OS3.5-3.9?

@Framiga

A simple screenshot can't upset anyone, right?!?

Why should she even mind?

I've just uploaded a window shot under AOrg "Workbench Screenshot" section but i can't find it!!

is it normal?

I think they probably are - it woudln't do for people to upload anything obscence and what not.

Anything I ever uploaded took anywhere from 5 minutes to a day to appear...

yes, i think so too.

Anyway, the screenshot of the PowerIcons Example Drawer, should be available in the AOrg "Workbench screenhot" section, as soon as . . .bhooo!!

@ lempkee

not, as reported by the docs, if the icon.library is already patched, PowerIcons will not works.

By the way . . about the small arrow, it is not inside the PNG image, and it is impossible to remove it (AFAIK it is part of the hack during icon dragging).

The reason I asked for a screenshot is that I'm still running OS 3.1 and I don't have any plans on upgrading only to be able to view the icons

yes . . .i've understood. and for the same reason, i've uploaded the screenshot, for everyone that hasn't OS3.5-3.9-MOS :-)

Ciao

PS- i've done it not only for you but for my beloved friend . . .  .DOOMMASTER also!!! :-D

May I just ask what is the point of these 32-bit icons?
Seems like a waste of time to me.

First of all . . . I suggest you to be more educated, in the cares of other people's job and second if you wish . . . .don't use it.

Cheers
