Yes, that's the same card. They say VT2600 in the silk-screen on the card.

DPS isn't out of business. They were bought out/merged with Leitch. I just did a search on their
web site (with the PC, IBrowse got an error doing the search) and they still seem to have Amiga software in their downloads.
Edit - I think it's the same software Etho linked to.
