I had a TOSHIBA CD-ROM drive (XM-5302TA), that would be ideal for your needs:
color match, overall design and absence of any manufacturer or speed symbols
And it's 4x. But the main problem is that it's so old that it may be hard to find. Now I'm using an LG 52x, which fits nicely on my A4000D :-D
