You will can use it on MorphOS for AmigaPPC that will be for free 
but PPC card required, of course, MorphOS is a 100% PPC OS.
Does it have some MOS specific features that make a 68K port impossible? I presume its code is in C. Even the application doesn't seem to have excessive CPU requirements (we had a similar experience with Amster).
As for the PPC, not all the AMiGA users have a PPC card, not to speak for the latest MOS version available to public (outdated, and not usable for such software: 1h limit, imagine downloading something and drop the emulation speed to an A500). :-)
