AmigaOS first looks into PROGDIR:Libs and then SYS:Libs for the Libraries.
So you can keep the Libs, which are only used by the program itself in PROGDIR:Libs
Libraries, which are used by different programs have to be copied to SYS:Libs, to be available for all programs.
