Just use a regular 'ole PC bracket and route the cable underneath the drive sled, that's what I did.

A neater option would be to drill or dremel an appropriate-size hole in the plate that covers the video card slot, but obviously that would be about five minutes more work, and preclude using that slot for anything else.
