15 minutes of web browsing on my Amiga

Starring:  AWeb, IBrowse, NetSurf

I must be bored.  Actually I'm just avoiding moving a bunch of workstations around for an office "realignment".  Time to get some coffee and get back to work!  ;)

You could also show Artur's version for comparison.

Hi! The versions are very confusing to me (who's is who's, etc.) got some clarification over in the other thread, and someone posted a link to Artur's, so I'll give it a try. Thanks! :)

It looks very impressive!

It was difficult to read all the text on the screen. Can you tell me exactly which version of AmigaOS that is? I think I read 3.9 somewhere, but on the bar at the top it seems to say "??".

Your A2000 seems to have a 68xxx CPU, but the Netsurf browser said it was for AmigaOS 4, although Chris Young commented it's for 3.5 or 3.9.

68060, 3.9 with BB 1-4 and many additional customizations.  It confuses the little hack I run to change the title bar.  ;)

There are several ports of NetSurf for classic/68k/3.9, still very alpha.  It's a struggle wrapping my head around all the different versions, but nice to see folks trying to develop a modern browser for our classic systems.  :)

Of course, there's a school of thought that says there's no need to connect to the Internet on your Amiga, because that's telecommunications, but the Amiga is about creating stuff.

That is not a "school of thought", dude.  I can't even.  :(
