Couldn't hold a candle to my old Palm devices, but I thought the handwriting recognition was pretty good.  A bit laggy, but it worked.  That is until I ejected the battery.  Oops!

BTW, @pwermonger has some great photos on his Google+ page.  Hands down, other than the photo of me playing Lemmings, this is my favorite one.  The guy in the middle had the most fantastic facial expressions.     And thanks for letting me use your camera!

Nice!  Good stuff.  She'll be a sweet little system once you get those mods in-place.    Have you looked into Kipper2k's HDMI output converter, that fits in-place of the RF output?  If I had an A1200+Indivision that's what I'd use, instead of the DVI.

You're not that far from me, I range from DC to Manassas/Gainesville/Centreville areas with most of my jobs, so I probably pass you going down 66 all the time.  Think the biggest hurdle is finding a place that could host.  We did a few local meetups at @bigbronc's house in Maryland last year-ish, but he hasn't been active on the forums in a while.  My house isn't suitable to host a meetup, I've considered taking over one of the conference rooms at my office but since we're basically a 24/7 operation, I'm not sure how well that would fly.  

Any ideas?

HacDC... I get spam from them all the time.  Probably for two years, and I still haven't had time to look into it.  *sigh*

Kipper2k sells his stuff directly, very reasonable-priced, IMHO.  I've bought a thing or two from him before.  Shoot him an email, he should get back to you in a day or two.  

This is another thing I might consider if I had an A1200 - the CF Adapter - External:  http://kipper2k.com/cfadapters.html .  If I had an A1200.

Weird, the "Contact" link on his website isn't working.  That's a new site, I hadn't looked at it until just tonight. His previous site had everything listed on one long scrolling page.   I'll PM you his email address.
