MakeCD made me want to beat my head against a wall with its indecipherable user interface, but I have used it successfully in the past to burn CD's on my Amiga that could be read-back by my PC.  Make sure you have plenty of memory for cache/buffer space, and burn slow.  Have fun!  ;)

Unless if you have SCSI, then you don't have to worry about anything. Just burn full speed and do other things with your computer :) Never got any buffer underruns with SCSI setup... and I was surfing the web and listening mp3 at the same time. PC owning friend was horrified that I did those things while burning :P

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say you must have a pretty beefy system.  It was a struggle with my A500 before I upgraded it (had just a 68010, 1MB chip, 4MB fast, old 80MB hard drive in a GVP SCSI sidecar with SCSI CD-RW).  Still could do it though, until the buffer ran out.  Just a few files at a time, LOL!  ;)
