I've got a gvp (ntsc) G-Lock for $ale...complete in box only used 1hour
and a Toaster 4000 board only too.

If you have a toaster 4k, just call newtek and get a 3.5 toaster cd (guess maybe 29.95)
Use the built-in genlock on either the 3000d of or the 4000d.
