1. Simply turn of the power on the powersupply, just make sure there's no disk activity when you do so.
2. It can't be done from workbench, you need to use shell to initialize the disk but honestly I don't know on the top of my head how... I always let DOpus do that.
3. Instead of starting the game you can start a script that in turn start your app and then the game, however I'm not entierly sure it will do much good if the game doesn't support the JoyMouse app.
4. There's no such thing as OS2.3, for your A600 you want OS2.0 or 2.1 (unless you have uppgraded to 3.1ROM in the machine). The software is not free though I bet someone local to you could help you with a copy (make sure you also get the install disk).
