It's a side/hobby business now, but I don't know what their main line of work is.

d'Amiga was a semi-official development system for the Tao/Intent Amiga Anywhere SDK. There's probably a press release about it if you dig through the Wayback Machine's archives of Amiga.com. As you'll see from the specs, it's just a standard PC with some software pre-installed. I remember the price being pretty fair for the time.
