http://www.amiga-hardware.com for jumper settings. That seems like the most likely problem.
Another possibility is that these cards are not PCMCIA friendly (see link to confirm), and something in your PCMCIA port is causing a memory address conflict. Check the jumpers first, then unplug PCMCIA peripherals if you're still having trouble.
