Hello,
I would like to request a clear update regarding my Amiga 1200 NG order ( AK-21853 ? ) placed on November 24, 2025 to EUR.
Aside from the initial payment confirmation email, I have not received any official communication about the status of my order. In late December, I contacted AmigaKit privately and was informed that November orders were being processed at this time. Since then, there has been no further communication.
I fully understand that delays can happen, especially with specific hardware projects like this one. However, several months without any official update is concerning. Customers should reasonably expect transparent communication and at least an estimated delivery window.
The product itself looks very promising, but professionalism and customer experience are just as important as the hardware.
I respectfully ask for a clear status update and an estimated timeframe for delivery.
I am aware that it is not particularly pleasant to read this kind of message, and I also understand that a forum is not primarily intended to serve as a customer support or order tracking platform. However, posting here is also a way to seek transparency and share part of the user experience around the product.
My intention is not to be confrontational, but simply to obtain clarity and better visibility regarding my order.
Thank you in advance for your time and clarification.

We have had a lot of orders for the A1200NG and we are building, configuring, flashing and testing each board in the sequence that customer placed the order with us. Your board is assembled in the latest batch. However it is just waiting to configure it for your specific needs. At the same time we are developing a new system update - as you may have seen on the weekly updates we provide here. The A1200 NG and A600GS are large projects that we are investing many hours into every week. I am hopeful you will enjoy using the system. Thank you for your patience.

Hello,
Thank you very much for the update and clarification.
I appreciate your transparency and the hard work your team is putting into this project.
I am really looking forward to using the system and exploring whether I can do some development and creative work on this machine myself.
I have also read your private message, thank you for the update.

Hello,
I wanted to follow up, as it has now been about a month since the last update, and I have not yet received any shipping confirmation or tracking number ( you say in private number tracking number is ready ... ).
I completely understand that these projects can take time and that you are handling many orders. However, I would really appreciate a clearer update on the current status of my order, and if possible, an estimated shipping timeframe.
Thank you again for your work and your time.

@amigakit
Another week have passed and still no reply about you.
I am willing to be patient and I understand that issues can occur, especially with complex hardware projects. However, this order was placed back in November, and at this stage, proper communication is essential and expected.
This order is valued at over $200, and it is not acceptable to have no communication or visibility at this point.
If I do not receive a response , I will proceed with the following actions:
Initiate a payment dispute / chargeback with my payment provider
Share my experience publicly on Amiga-related forums and platforms, including regular updates on the situation
I would prefer to resolve this situation amicably, but I now require a clear and immediate resolution.
Regards,

They just told you in plain writing. Their priority is to take money from customers to develop their product, not actually delivering products to customers.

That has to be one of the craziest comments I have ever seen online.
I would love to see a company actually ever say anything like that.

I think it is quite sad that these UK web-shops do not communicate better. I am also waiting for a Pistorm order from Amigakit placed on the 9th of February.
Several attempts to email the store on both sales and support but maybe i am considered spam to them who knows.
Is this English culture to shaft your customers ? All i need is dialog i am a very patient man. Hopefully it will be resolved in due time i do remember amigakit being my favorite store now it is not

Not to hijack the thread, but can I chime in for an order placed last April?
