Back on topic...I wasn't aware there was quite the pent up demand for C64s as they are the most numerous single model of computer ever manufactured! Since only 5 million Amigas of all flavours were manufactured by comparison, I would hope that the new C= would in some way help Cloanto and/or RGL cut through the red tape to get THEA1200 launched soon! I can't see any other immediate benefit to Amiga side of things unless they want to buy out Hyperion too?!  ;D

@BozzerBigD   Thanks for bringing this back on Topic.

All I would say is I’m happy to see the Commodore brand back in my lifetime. 🤞🏻 Christian “Perifractic” Simpson gets the backing he needs to take this forward.

A600GS & A1200NG / Re: AmiBench help and suggestions

Yup, those first three did the trick!

Just need to make a note/backup what I've rolled out prior to borking the system so after that refresh I can re-install everything.

I tried using Backup and Restore to backup AmiBench and V46 and other partitions but when I restore it destroys everything icluding inbuilt games, custom systems, drawbridge and all applications that came with A600GS. I did it two times and I am not using it any more :) Stay away from this

Is that a new top as well?

Grill does looke cool.

The top is original, I just put some chrome trimming to match the front db9 panel details :)
Also the grill does some job because you can feel the heat coming out of the back when the machine is being used

Funny! I assume your banter chip is malfunction? You will probably think that I'm cyborg-ist or possible prejudiced against augmented humanoids?! I think that I can live with your labels in addition to having no intention to course correct! It's overly sensitive people that lead to the modern plague of pathetic warnings at the beginning of 1970s sitcoms. I guess I'm showing a prejudice against the our 'Royal Chartered UK Thought Police' too? Again, we can all probably live with your opinion with no further course correction. It's called a forum; noun
"a meeting or medium where ideas and views on a particular issue can be exchanged."

Your views have been communicated and now we can have the view that you are being oversensitive!

The phrase "someone forgot to take their medication" is typically considered ableist.

Why it's ableist:
It's often used to mock or discredit someone by implying they are mentally ill or unstable.

It stigmatizes mental illness and psychiatric medication, reinforcing harmful stereotypes that people with mental health conditions are irrational, dangerous, or not to be taken seriously.

Even if said as a joke, it contributes to the broader marginalization of people with mental health challenges.

I stand by my assertion that this forum is ableist.
