Replacement floppies?
« on: March 23, 2004, 08:59:30 PM »
hello all,

I finally got the other two Amiga's I ordered a while back... An A500 and an A2500...

Ran into a bit of a snag, though... The A2500 wont boot off of  the hard card any more, but the major problem is that disks sent to me with the units seem to be bad.. At least the Workbench floppy that I have...

Anyone know if there is a way to get replacement workbench floppies?

Thanks,
Brad

Ok, I keep seeing mentions of the AmigaForever CD-ROM... From what I understand it includes all the kickstart ROM images, as well as disk images of all the various workbench's.

Are the workbench images stored in such a way that I could possibly write them to a floppy (I guess using one of the other Amiga's sitting around up here... I do have a Workbench 1.3something disk that does boot) and be able to use them?

Thanks,
Brad
