When you add this bit, please can you include setting it to read/write and mounting on the Amiga side? I do this and it allows me to update the version of Emu68 without taking the card out. I'm not in front of my machine right now, but I'm happy to contribute the steps if you want.

Added, hopefully it makes sense and easy to follow.

Not for me yet. I and FitzSteve run PiStorm’s with Mediators. Will have a play when I get around finishing off my A4K Desktop replacement case build. But so far EMU68 build 11/07/23 is the only build I can get working without issues at the moment.

Is there any update on the PiStorm32L Mediator compatibility?
I'm still having issues with any builds later than the one described above. This is really frustrating.

Good question. Not sure. Unfortunately I have been busy with a few A4000 builds and playing around with the sonnet libraries on an Apocalypse board. I still have my Checkmate 1500 cased A1200 with Pi4B and PiStorm32lite setup, using a Mediator SX board with Voodoo 3 etc.. But this has been left on the 11th June 2023 EMU68 release. As it stands a lot of work has been done in EMU68. So now contemplating putting my Pi etc.. into a standard A1200 case due to it having RTG and wireless networking now running directly from the PiStorm.

I was thinking about the same. But I don't really want to give up the Mediator with other cards, such as USB and Sound. I still hope this issue gets fixed anytime soon.

It was proberly left on June 23, as it worked fine.
I have found with pi 3A+, newer builds seem to just not work. I have not been able to work out why as yet.
Pi4Band CM4 work perfectly with later builds.

Finally found issue with Pi3A+ and later builds. Its the size of boot partition SD card used.
Formatting card as FAT32 and setting up files, fail. Take same SD and clean it, then create PSBoot partition as 512MB, then setup with files. Works perfect.
