Hi does anyone know why its so hard to get account set up.  I want to register enhancer software I received with my X5000 but have gotten no email after 3 days and I also requested assistance via help.  Is the registration process not automatic?

it doesn't seem to be, but only @amigakit can say for sure. you might try sending them a PM on this site, too, as i would imagine they receive a ton of email on a day-to-day basis.

Hi Doug,

There is no confirmation email needed to setup an account.

First register your new account here:

https://secure.a-eon.biz/register_user.php

Once you have completed the form and submitted the details, you will be given on screen an 8 character username.  You specify the password.

Then go to register the product here:

https://secure.a-eon.biz/register_product.php

Enter the serial key, click the "Register Product" button and then login with your username and password

All done!

Well I feel dumb :laughing:

I must have in excitement misread it as I thought it said it would send me confirmation with information.   I was able to retrieve the account name.  All good.
