I always liked ZoneXplorer.

http://aminet.net/package/gfx/fract/ZoneXplorer

I wonder if Elena still uses her Amigas.

You find another one here:  http://aminet.net/package/gfx/fract/DMandel  Supports RTG graphics, Julia sets, various math options and various generation algorithms.

Mand2000 was fantastic back in the day. I had a whole disk full of shareware Mandelbrot generators but it was the one worth registering. Unfortunately my original disk has gone bad over the years, one of these days I'll have to try to find it again...

Hi All,  Okay tried out at least 8 different Mandelbrot generators.  The Best was "Smart Fractal".  The best renderer by far, the easiest to zoom into.  With lots of different adjustable and color cycling both directions and more.
Cheers,
