I'm done reinstalling Poseidon and I'm sure that is version 4.5, but still it reads "on" but no green light.

I'm positive that yesterday before the BB updates, it was green.

These are some pictures of what Scout has found too:

Is there any other way to check if the X-Surf 100 & RR are OK?

So what you're saying is, when you plug in any USB device, you're getting absolutely no activity at all in the logs?

Looking at the manual, it's also saying you should use the additional power connector:

Quote
Adding extra power
RapidRoad can deliver up to 1.5 amps of power to each of the two USB ports. That's three
times the specified power of a normal USB port, so it should be enough for very power-hungry
devices.
Unfortunately, it's not possible to draw this amount of power from the Zorro slot only. If you
are not using an active (powered) USB hub for such power-hungry devices, you should make a
direct connection to your power supply with one of the floppy-power connectors. You can use
any of the two white power connectors of RapidRoad.

Light on the RapidRoad is definitely white, right?  It looks red in your photo...

AFAIK not much Amiga "Scout-like" software can really detect the RapidRoad (and other software mis-detects the X-Surf 100 as some generic serial board), but what do you see in these two programs?

The light in RR is white; the red light comes from the LAN connection.

This is a SnoopDOS report showing a few things failing in Trident:

I hope this helps to identify the problem(s).

What buster version do you have?
Did you try the zorro2 jumper?
Are you going to use ad power via a 4 pin  cable?

What is that memory card below the xsurf?

In Poseidon prefs... Scroll down the messages as what is the newest?

SACC has a good point. Is that a Zorro 2 memory board? Have you tried with all other cards removed?

Roadshow works great with the xsurf 100.  No issues at all for me on my 3000 with an 060.

I would bet the controller isn't enabled on Poseidon.  I had fits to get that working.  Delete and manually connect the rapidroadxs100usb.device and save config.

If that doesn't fix it I bet it is the 3640 which has a known issue with rapid road.

The only other option is a flaky power supply.  Check to see if you have black on the connector to the mother board.

No, I haven't tried with all the other cards removed.

What can you tell me from the error messages (Fail) shown in SnoopDOS?

Could you please explain how to do this: "I had fits to get that working. Delete and manually connect the rapidroadxs100usb.device and save config.

Go to prefs and run trident.  Go to controllers on left window browser.  You will see the rapid road device there (if not just add it).  Select new and go to deva/usbhardware and add the 100 version of the device.

The install for Poseidon is buggy and doesn't always add the controller properly.

After talking with you on the phone and discovering you have an A3640 in your A3000 you NEED to change the Xsurf-100 into ZII mode. The jumper is easy to spot on the board.

The RapidRoad has issues with an A3640. Here is the thread where it was discovered. I'm glad I was ale to get the Ethernet portion working for you at least over the phone!

Nice one, guys! It's stuff like this that really makes me miss user groups. I'm sure if you locked all of us into a room together we could have figured this out about 20 comments ago, lol.

Thank you Acill. This is my first post from my A3000 using IBrowse, and yes, it directly downloaded IBrowse in my 3000.

Thank you all of you who have been helping me in my journey with a "real" Amiga.

Now, if someone can give a little bit of help in modifying the jumper(s). I have never touch jumpers in a computer board or card.
