Makes sense to me. He's saying he doesn't have room/money for Amiga setups, be-that cases, power supplies, keyboards, blah blah. Replacing the caps isn't rocket science, he doesn't need any actual "Amiga knowledge" to do that, that's Electronics 101.

Maybe somebody should donate a full Amiga system to him, so he could put the motherboard in to test it after he's done? But then which do you send him? A600? A4000? A1200? Obviously all this stuff takes up a lot of space, and a lot of money.
As for the other questions "What happens if it kills the board?" - shouldn't that be an obvious answer? :lol:
