I can't remember this name of this game i used to love playing.
The whole game was in 2D. It was about a soldier who had to kill some sort of terrorists dressed in white with this white hat sort of like this:

There was also a lift and u can see the mechanism of it like 2 visible large pulleys. In the begning there wer 3 options to play either timed, infinite ammo and somthin else i forgot. prob inf health
U could see the different floors within the warehouse or whever he was fighting and there wer ladders and made this particualr sound going up.
Was a very cool game. Really wish to play it again. Hopefully someone would know of this game.
