Hi all,
Amiga 1200 OS3.9 32 meg fastram.

Has any one used a 3COM WIFI pcmcia card before part No. 3CRPAG175

And if so is it any good?

I've only used the 3C589 range (can't remember the exact model number of mine), which works perfectly.  The one you quote uses an Atheros chipset (see http://wikidevi.com/wiki/3Com_3CRPAG175), and I don't think we have drivers for those.
