AMD has much better integrated graphics. Intel HD 3000 graphics is barely tolerable but HD 2000 sucks big. AMD HD6350D is a LOT better.
HD 3000 is more than adequate if you're not playing games (and for the record, it handles quite well as long as you turn the settings down a notch or two), and the OP stated that gaming performance isn't an issue.
Besides, the crucial factor when dealing with integrated video is usually memory performance.

AMD/ATI's superior Linux drivers might definitely be worth considering, though.
