I used to work in the bowels of the Big Brown Machine. (UPS for those not following along).
If the average customer saw just one minute's worth
of how piss-poorly run it is, and the complete
disregard of quality and service that permeates
the entire company they would never even think
about shipping with them again.
However, what they are GREAT at is portraying
the company as a monument to efficiency and
ethics. That's why my current company is
adopting a new management philosophy: UPS'.
The "consultants" show up today. Oh, God-
Its KORE all over again.
