Hi! your mobo jumpers should remain the same as for a standard 68040 cpu card try this setup, or perhaps the clock crystal on the Warp Engine has blown or has come adrift and has been put in the wrong way round you should also check your memory config and jumper settings my friend
                                    cheers

i dont see how that will help, we have no idea what ram you have on it,so we cant suggest jumpers. also you don't say if your using a scsi HD or what.

the manual listed earlier tells you all jumpers.generally if you have 16 or 32MB simms in the slots, then jumpers A&B should not be shorted.jumper D should not be shorted if you are using 60ns ram.Jumpers should be installed on HJK and L...no other jumpers installed.

that should get you up and running. warp engine came in 28,33 and 40mhz. if your oscillator is 40msz then the cpu is at 40.

The WE should run without memory and SCSI disabled, I would try that first. At boot you should hear a "gong" sound, if not something is wrong with the card. Do you have any way to test the CPU?
