Move the Indivision ECS/Denise?
« on: August 14, 2011, 09:36:12 PM »
Since I want both the Indivision ECS and the CSA Derringer in my A500 and still close the case  I need to come up with a solution. So, is it possible to move the IV-ECS/Denise through soldering cables from the old Denise socket and to a new socket containing everything? Or will the signals get lost with the cable?

There is only one wait to find out :)
Apart from that I think that it worths the effort and imho I think that up to 5cm it's just fine.

Kipper2k made a PCB to move the ECS Denise on the A603 card. It moves the Denise over by exactly one chip width. If that is enough then why not get one?
