If anyone here enjoys running MacOSX 10.5.8, or Ubuntu 10.10 PPC, I have two G5 PowerMac towers for sale. (they might some day in the unknown future be supported by MorphOS, but don't buy them for that and then complain if MorphOS support never arrives)
#1 - Dual 2.0GHz G5 w/Radeon 9600 & SuperDrive (no hdd or RAM) $220+shipping
#2 - Dual 2.5GHz G5 w/Radeon 9600XT & SuperDrive (no hdd or RAM) $195+shipping
#2 has a motherboard problem that might be fixable. It only recognizes one of the two G5 CPUs. Both CPUs have been tested by switching them on the motherboard, so it is a motherboard problem, not a dead G5 CPU.
No hard drive or RAM as I have put all the RAM into my dual 2.7GHz G5 tower and the partially working dual 2.5GHz model did not come with any RAM or hdd when I bought it with thoughts of trying to fix it.
At these low prices I thought they might be interesting to someone here.
