I met A4000_Mad when I bought an A4000 from him a few years ago. He wasn't a member at the time. I also met bloodline when I saw Radiohead at Victoria Park. Blimey, that was 2 and a half years ago 0_o

Yep, met Moto! That was great, lovely sunny day too, but also can't believe how long ago that was... :-/

@spihunter, if you do end up over here, we could arrange a meet up (an drag Moto along as he is into Amiga, AROS and logic too) :)

I met most of the people at AmiWest 2007, and the fine folks who came to the Upstate NY Amiga Users Group meet up in Waterloo, NY back in 2006 when I recorded Episode 1 of Amiga Roundtable.

I'm hoping to meet more people at AmiWest 2011. But we'll have to see if that comes together. I'm working on that now.

All I ask is that ssolie wears pants this time. The glare from his white legs blinded me. :D

I met Chain when he put an oscillator socket on my Cyberstorm.

Otherwise I don't know any other A.org members from the Czech Republic (are there any?) - maybe one day I could attend some meeting in Germany or something, don't know if many A.org members are from there, but probably lots.

Funny you said that. I'm half deaf as well but that never stopped me going out and meeting people. But at least you have your keyboards to type stuff on so it's not all lost...     :)

So i'm guessing you live near Byron Bay or Coffs Harbour? That's near me. I go surfing up around there sometimes :)

I've always wondered which folks on here actually see each other in the real world?

Waddajamean? Real world? Is there something else than the internet? /me is puzzled... ;-)

I should warn you I don't really use Logic any more... but I'm open to persuasion ;)

Thank goodness for the Internet then Cammy. Receiving you crystal clear here in England and all you do with the Amiga is so impressive :)

I've only met two members myself. One was Motorollin after seeing his "A4000 wanted" advert on Amibench and tucking him up with a heap of junk I had sitting here ;) And the other was a guy from down on the coast whose name I can't remember. He brought his A1200 up for me to fix :)

All this talk of past meetings has gotten me feeling a little nostagic, so much so that I've ressurected my old show reports website. I've stuck it all up on http://www.bambi-amiga.co.uk which for those of you who are interested is an A1200 running AOS3.0 as a webserver.

the reports can be accessed via http://www.bambi-amiga.co.uk/reports/

I used to go to NCAUG meetings years ago, but that's been so long ago I have forgotten names/handles.

NCAUG is still around, but we have not had a meeting (or a venue to hold a meeting) for awhile ...
