Hi,

I bought a SB1140 usb soundblaster (soled at dynabyte as Soundblaster xfi player) and works. But only in PIO mode, not in Z3 DMA mode.

Sound makes hickups in DMA mode with AMP.

Is there any advantage in using a SoundBlaster USB instead of an el cheapo USB sound card? Hardware MP3 decoding for instance?
