Sunlight and the oxy seem to be the vital ingredients.

Yes, from the EAB thread....

UV light (component of sunlight) breaks down the bromine bonds, and Oxy to make the environment *EXTREMELY* hungry for oxygen.  Thus accelerating the process.  or thats how i understood it.

If you need stronger peroxide get a 5% and boil it down, peroxide boils higher than water so teh water will boil out. Be careful though.

You guys are going to have your neighbors thinking you are running a meth lab.

Actually if you were to try it in the UK you'd likely get arrested as a terrorist.

I remember when I made the first trial and reported here.

Trolls coming from everywhere. Now that the knowledge is settled I'm satisfied users the method to keep their Amigas cosmetically mint.

F-word you, trolls! I was right! And still am.
Goodbye people.

I\'ll pop on from time to time, RL is acting up.

Hey, it works! I started half way through the day and didn't submerge the cases or anything, I just brushed on some of this Retr0Bright misture, left it out in the sun for the afternoon, brushed a little extra on every now and then, and this is how it turned out:

Next time I want to use a plastic tub, start earlier and pay more attention to it during the day, but I'm still pretty pleased with the results!

Well, depending on how south asian / middle eastern you appear anyway. If you are white, you can join a far right organisation and stockpile weapons and explosives and still only be charged under some arcane law dating back to Guy Fawkes (well, not really but still...) rather than the new anti-terrorism laws :-/

Seriously though, the peroxide strength you need for this is available perfectly legally in the UK. Hairdressers buy the stuff all the time.
