No, though the phosphors in 1080s are supposed to be a bit more persistent than later models.

CRTs generally don't have built-in flicker fixers. Some LCD TVs do, but they're not cheap and you'd probably be stuck using composite.  Best bet is a scandoubler/flicker fixer if you absolutely need interlaced modes.

OK!  This is the MARKETPLACE, not the "technical info" category.

Back to me needing a 1084 or compatible!

:madashell::madashell::madashell::madashell:

If you (Hell Labs) want to ask about monitors, make a new, relevant thread in the right category.  Don't be all "whatever" about it.  Thats dumb.

thank you!

I'm in the process of getting some of my systems and other items ready for offering here @ A.org.  I believe I have both a 1084 & 1084S.  I'm out of town at the moment, but will be back tomorrow.  I will verify the model and get back with you.  I'm also hunting down a A4000 mobo for another member so it will give me cause to start pulling out some of my inventory.

How about a SVHS solution from www.amigamaniac.com with an LCD.

Supposedly these are great with an LCD TV with SVHS, rock solid display no flicker, etc.

I hopefully get mine next week!

*BUMP*

Apparently, it cant be a 1080 either.

so I still need a 1084 monitor, but it has to be either the 1084S-P1, or the 1084/1084S with the 6 pin DIN on it.

Please help me!
